Purple Essence began as a childhood fascination with purple—the hue of twilight skies, amethyst stones, and wild violets that peeked through the sidewalk after a summer rain. Over time, that simple love for purple evolved into a longing for creativity, calm, and an escape from everyday chaos. I’m Loukia, an organisational psychology graduate and a creative soul who was searching for something meaningful in life—something that could help others, as it was one of the reasons I studied psychology in the first place. Purple Essence emerged as both an escape from reality and a way to a way for me to uncover what truly motivates me. It became about seeking purpose, exploring personal passions, and sharing my journey so others might be inspired to take care of themselves—whether through exercise, relaxation, newfound hobbies, or personal and professional development.
